"Purchased four pinball machines from the company..."
I picked up four pinball machines from the Pinball Company back in 2008. After a visit from their technician, who has since passed away, they functioned wonderfully. The Pinball Company claims they aren't interested in repurchasing them, regardless of the effort I invested. And hey, that’s just how business rolls. I understand. Even though the value of the machines has increased significantly. They might not be a financially stable company.

"Unpleasant and lacking in customer support"
Unpleasant and lacking in customer support. I really don’t get what’s up with the Pinball community and their awful customer service, but it’s honestly tough to come across businesses that don’t respond with sarcasm or rudeness. I guess it’s run by older folks who believe it’s fine to have subpar customer service.

"Don't waste your cash on these folks..."
Honestly, you'd have to be a fool to purchase from these people. Prices are sky-high and their customer support is non-existent. I'm really glad I called off my order once I saw that the machine was twice what it should cost.

"Dishonest Practices and Poor Customer Service!"
I really dislike leaving bad reviews, but sometimes it’s just necessary.

This business claims to have a "best price" guarantee, but when I showed them a lower price from a legitimate seller, they wouldn’t even consider matching it or offering a counter. Both Nic and his partner were quite rude, impatient, and almost aggressive. They actually told me they didn’t have time for "this" and instructed me to submit the vendor pricing through their website, as if it’s my job to do their homework!

If they’re this unfriendly and unreliable about price matching, just think about how they’d handle a repair or even a simple question. I’m really glad I chose not to make a purchase with them!

"Delivery of the Williams Junkyard Pinball Machine"
Today, the Williams Junkyard Pinball Machine arrived in perfect shape. The delivery crew was fantastic—seriously, I can't praise them enough. Once we powered it up, we were smitten. Honestly, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. It was tough to pull myself away from the machine just to jot down this review. The Pinball Company truly stands out as the best. I can already tell there's gonna be a ton of fun for everyone!

It took three months for them to get back to me about my review, just to say I should send the machine back? You've got a 12-month return policy! Honestly, your business practices are just terrible.

I got myself a pinball machine from the company so I could be sure there’s someone around to fix it if needed. I’d love to be informed about any updates for the machine as they’re released, rather than finding out when I actually need a service call. Nathan is a fantastic tech, and I really appreciate how quickly he came over.

"Bought an arcade game and a pinball machine..."
I got myself an arcade game and a pinball machine from The Pinball Company. Both showed up just like they said they would. There was a hiccup with the delivery of the pinball machine, but they kept on top of the issue until it got sorted out. Really great folks to deal with!

"Seeking assistance with my initial machine..."
I’m looking for some guidance on my first machine that I bought from the pinball company. The owner quickly got on the phone with me and even called back on FaceTime to help me with my setup questions. Really awesome service after the purchase.
